  • The leather will take some time to mould to your shape. The natural oils from your skin will soften it over time.  If you want to help the process, rub your fingers down the leather. 
  • Never wear your leather necklace or bracelet in the shower, pool, gym or ocean as the moisture will dry the leather and deteriorate quickly.  The clasp is not designed to be used in a gym or sports environment. Our refund & replacement time frame will be voided if it has been worn in any of these environments.

  • Cleanse your crystals by leaving them to recharge in the light of a full moon. 
  • You can also cleanse your crystals with Sage.

Hi Terry,

Thank you for your review. I would have been happy to have discussed this with you, however I never received any contact in regards to your disappointment. All of our points are shaped very similar however because our crystals are unique in every way we have to shape them accordingly. This means that some may be longer/shorter/thicker/thinner than others but this is why I believe a very large majority of our customers purchase them because they have something that is not exactly the same as everyone else. There is a little disclaimer at the bottom of our products advising that no two pieces will be the same, however you may have missed this. I also noted that you received your necklace 2 days within your purchase so I do hope this was a good point of your overall experience.

I love my Sagittarius Kendall it sits on my neck beautiful I brought another as my first that I had for over a year had been pulled from my neck lace fell on to concrete tiles and broke I was spewing could live with out it so brought another the only complaint that I have is with the clasp on the choker gets caught in my hair owr well doesn’t matter little price to pay to own this beautiful necklace😁😁😁😁😁😁
